Method of Payment?
We accept cash, debit, gift cards and credit cards. Sorry we don't accept personal cheques or American Express.  We do provide RMT receipts for your insurance coverage. We do not do direct billing.

First Visit?
Please arrive 15 min. early on your first visit to fill out a confidential health history and consent form.

Free Parking?
Yes.

Is studioH wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we have a heated wheelchair accessible ramp.

As a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School in Toronto Ont in 2002, I have enjoyed working with the
young, old and in between. I started my practice in Kingston Ont. where I grew up and call my home.
Shortly after I started my practice I implemented and taught infant massage for new Moms and Dads at Child Birth Kingston on the side.  After 4 years in Kingston and teaching part-time, my passion for massage and teaching grew. I decided to further persue teaching and looked to London Ont.

Since Oct. 2006 I have been teaching at Medix School a variety of courses including treatments and assessments, Remedial Exercise, human relations and hydrotherapy. I fully feel the balance between the teaching and practising massage is a good fit for me, as well benefits both my students and clients.  Some of the other courses I have taken since graduating in 2002 are, Myofascial release, muscle energy, hot stone, and reiki. I also have a certification in reflexology that I received in 1999.

In joining with Studio H my hopes are to expand both my knowledge and client base, and look forward
to meeting and treating your concerns and possibly learning some more along the way.
